Once the payment process is completed successfully, our system processes your order immediately. BollyRetails will send and email confirming your order with us, to the registered email id associated with your BollyRetails account. The confirmation email sent to you will contain a unique Order ID for future reference, list of items ordered, total amount paid, Billing and Shipping address, and other details.

There are absolutely no hidden charges while making a purchase with BollyRetails. The prices listed for all movie titles are final and all-inclusive (shipping charges excluded). The price at the time of checkout (including shipping charges only) is the final price you pay to us.

Due to its tie-ups with various shipping companies, BollyRetails offer discounted shipping charges, calculated as per weight of the order package. The final shipping charge is calculated at the time of checkout.
For International orders, shipping charges vary according to delivery zones, again calculated as per weight of the order package.

Orders are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours, unless specified.
Delivery within India normally takes 3-4 business days after the order has been shipped out. Business days exclude Sundays and National Holidays.
For International orders, it takes about 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays and Holidays), for most of the delivery zones. For certain delivery zones it may take up to 6-7 days.

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage while in transit. We ensure that each package is bubble wrapped and then properly sealed.
